It was good buying experience. My sales guy Kurt was friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery with owner Derek was perfect. But the experience started before I walked through the door, Adventure Power Products is the only Dealer that acknowledged my website request for information on a new machine. I contacted 4 other dealers regarding machines and never received a response - why bother having those web forms if you won't respond. Not the case with Adventure Power Products, great customer service. Happy to support a great local business.

I bought a Cub Cadet XT2 riding lawn mower there this spring and dealt with Kurt for sales and Whitney for financing. We scheduled a time for me to see the bike & they had it ready for me to observe on such short notice. How awesome is that!There was no typical sales pitch you may hear in a lot of dealerships. At Adventure Power Products, you decide what you want & what you are comfortable with. I have dealt with dealerships in past where they try to show you something better. You will not see or hear that here.The assistance I got from Derek to do all the purchasing was great. I know for many people topic of pricing is the difficult one, because many customers including myself do not do research and try to bargain on an already low margin bike. We are not buying just the bike, we are also making relationship with people that we will be seeing for many years to come at their business or on the road. If you are not getting the price you want for the bike itself, you can always ask for Add-on values, like discount on gear, service, etc.Need advice for parts & service? Talk to Danny! He was awesome. He explained every milestone that require service for bike, so It is safe to ride and will not give you any trouble on the road.For first time motorcycle buyers like myself, please be responsible. Going on a highway from the dealership is not always the best idea. Always plan on how you are going to get your bike to your place. Best solution Ask for delivery! Derek arranged the delivery for me!Adventure Power Products is the true definition of Business ethics. Just purchased my first motorcycle and I couldn't be happier! I visited many bike dealers throughout Manitoba over the Summer and Adventure Power Products was the only place I came back several times. I always felt welcome and was always greeted by friendly staff each time. Initially, I only requested pricing for a bike I saw on their website using the online request form. Tina called me back right away with information and answers to all my questions. The buying process was a breeze too! (Thanks Whitney) The staff here are very customer service oriented and make a "Noob" like myself feel very reassured. Looking forward to my next visit for accessories now. 5 Stars for sure!

We bought a brand new 4 seater side by side for our family to go out and enjoy! Contacted Tina to gain pricing and information about the Teryx 4 model. She was able to quickly and accurately provide me all the information required. When we came down to have a look in person we where offered a test drive I the unit we where interested in, which was very helpful in the decision to buy. The entire process from the sale, financing, buying accessories and the delivery was flawless and very much enjoyable. Derek the owner even came out and helped us load it up. Their service is second to none and I highly recommend Adventure if your in the market for any products they sell.

Recently ordered some parts from AVP. I live quite far away so I tried to coincide pick for a day when I was working in the area. Well with any job, my appts went longer than expected. So I called and spoke with Joclyn. She said no problem, she will be there after closing and to call her on her cell when I arrived and she would bring out my parts. Way to go above and beyond AVP and Joclyn, most companies would say too bad, come back when we are open. Support local everyone! These guys are amazing.

Started a conversation with Tina shortly before the holiday season about buying a vehicle before the new year. Most of the ones I had in mind were unavailable, and she worked over the holidays giving me updates on availability and other options. I eventually found a unit elsewhere, but she kept me in the queue and in communication until my deal closed. My experience here could not have been any more positive.

I am new to riding. I was looking for my first bike and have been looking all over the province. I missed out on a lot of great bikes. But I lucked out when I found a great bike with a great price at adventure. Sales person Dan was great contacted me and next day I came down and I knew it was the perfect bike. Owner Derek was there as well and was welcoming the vibe in the dealership was so welcoming from sales, gear and finance dept.I am really glad I didnt rush and ended up finding my first motorcycle at adventure. Now Ill be cruzing with brand new Suzuki boulevard s40. I will be a customer for life due to their excellent prices and customer service. Not once did I feel as though I was being hustled or pushed in any direction and after experiencing other local dealers, Adventure is the only place I'd ever advise anyone to go, for service or if you're in the market to buy!

I want to thank Kurt for the work he put into a warranty repair claim with G3 boats. There were some hiccups along the way but Kurt went to bat, and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. The work was done in a very timely manner. They were always courteous and professional during this time. Definitely will use them for future service and/or purchases. Highly recommend this company.

My Cub Cadet tiller was misfiring and stalling out. I brought it in (had not purchased it at Adventure) Andy and the crew had it back to me in less than 24 hours! The staff were friendly and helpful (helping to unload) and safety minded. I am a first time Customer BUT I will definitely be back for maintenance and new purchases! Customer service does matter.

I had such an awesome experience with this company! I approached a few different dealers before Christmas about surprising my husband with a motorcycle for his 50th birthday and Derek responded right away...plus the only one who responded! He was absolutely great to deal with considering I had no clue about anything to do with bikes! Derek recommended the perfect bike and since it was six months before the actual birthday, graciously offered to store the bike to help with the surprise! The big day came last weekend and it was just awesome!! Derek showed up right on time and unbelievably made my husband's birthday the best day of his life! I'll never forget the puzzled look on his face when the truck and trailer pulled up! LOL! It's such a beautiful bike...better than the pictures I had seen! He still has a grin on his face and can't wait to get his license! Whitney was also super to deal with and helped me get things financed very easily.
